Had some issues with Switching to the new Security system, called Customer Service and got no real help. The Manager at the Muldoon Branch was an Absolute Treasure, she quickly and compassionately solved all the issues. SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER CARE

This is probably one of the worst banks in Alaska. They offer a bunch of services but don't have the employees we had mortgage questions and they told us that there was nobody there until 3 :00 and so we came back at 3:00 and then they told us that there was going to be nobody there that we should go to a different branch this review was for just management definitely going to try and transfer to a different bank institution
