Okay. First of all? People are absolutely fantastic. I've never had a rude interaction. They're fast, they're kind and I really like this bank. It's my local one. I only have one problem. Theres no where to lock up your bike except for the far entrance at fred meyer. Guys, do not tell me I can lock it to the handicap sign. That's illegal, no you can't. I would -love- it if I had somewhere I could lock my bike that wasn't breaking the law, please. Half the time fred meyer has their freaking bike lock up blocked in by carts so... read more

Had an issue with a transaction whose delay would mess up days of planning, but the teller Ula and Elsie came through for the customer and sorted it in a way the that got me out the door. Ty ty.
Been banking with FNBA as long as I've lived in Ak, 30 years. I've always been happy with their customer service, the "front line" people have always been very helpful & I still like doing some things in person. I've banked downtown for much of that time, partly because the people there were so friendly! However, after moving to the Muldoon area, when I need to go in person I walk to the Muldoon branch specifically due to proximity.
