This bank sucks.
You don't go to the bank so much anymore! At least that's what I thought before needing a number of cashiers checks cut and other things at FNB. The two tellers here are very helpful and you're always dealing with the same two folks which is nice. Coming here reminds me of going to the old First National (no relation) in my hometown far from here in another place and time.
A person called Brenda (did not want to say her complete name even if I asked 3 times) was EXTREMELY not helpful and did not show any will of helping me, her voice tone was rude and she should not deal with customers until she learns Some proper Customer service. My mother does not speak English so I needed to do an appointment for her which Brenda made it impossible for me , I kept calm and explained a thousand times she does not speak English and that I just needed to make an appointment so she goes with her ID and they kn... read more
