I cannot thank the ladies at this branch enough!! They are so kind and helpful. I had been dealing with an issue for almost 1 YEAR and decided to finally just try stopping in my local branch (I had been working with another branch customer service directed me to). They listened and truly took the time to not only understand the issue but they were able to get it resolved the same day. They continued to follow up frequently until I had the corrected statement in hand (about 1 week later). Thank you! Thank you!
