Everyone's there is already so polite and friendly. Consistently providing thorough and accurate service. Romel, in particular, was fantastic. He was a very patient, helpful, kind and courteous young man to myself and my elderly mother (the customer). No wonder she loves this bank so much!
Absolute BEST fnb branch in the city. I never stand around waiting, the employees are all polite AND they’re knowledgeable. This branch should be an example for all the other subpar FNB branches around the area.
