Great bank, friendly staff. I've been a customer here for many years, and they always treat me well. They have allowed me to bring in large amounts of coins to cash in/deposit, they have cashed checks for me with no problems, issued cashier's checks for me, and Keeley even helped me out tremendously with a same-day bank wire last week. I've always gotten good and friendly help from Chris Eubanks, Mary, Katie, and plenty of others whose names I can't remember right this moment. Rudest bank I've ever been in. I have a checking account in this bank for the last 10 years I'm only trying to open a savings account and there's people in the office only one person can open the savings account or checking account and the people are just in the office talking laid back talking and laughing I've been waiting nearly an hour I'll probably be changing my bank
My favorite bank in on 2nd Street and Court.. Everyone is always so eager to help you. They always listen to your situation and do their best to find the best option for you.
This bank is a disgrace. Try it for yourself if you're brave enough
Keep having issues with *phone first* it will not take my finger touch when putting in account number then proceeds to lock me out of it..ugh soo irritating!!!
