I will choose First National as a local bank over any other local bank, ESPECIALLY PNC. First National has a homey small bank feeling at most every branch and this branch is one of the most cozy branches.

Bank as everywhere, all smiling and stuff like that, until I faced problems. Got overdraft fee. Didnt have and access to my bank account at this time, got negative balance of few bucks, but ended up with -$168 plus fees on credit card, which tried to get automatic payment up to 3 times and charged me with non payment as well. You will say thats should be on me? Probably, but if you not giving me to get into the negative balance and reversing payment, why you charging?
