FNB in Robinson is first-class. I have had excellent customer service provided by the team at this location. Monica and Sky are standouts and are always very kind. They have been so helpful addressing any questions I have with my accounts and assisting with various services (I.e., notary services and etc). Justin is a consummate professional and a great guy, he consistently goes above and beyond to assist and help. I have banked with FNB Robinson for more than 20 years and couldn’t be happier with their services.
First time at this branch yesterday and they’ve caused me a HUGE inconvenience. FNB member over ten years. I was unable to find my debit card in my purse, I went into the branch to ask them to PAUSE my card (you can do this on the app, but of course the FNB app was not working) the teller said “do you want your card CANCELED?” I said “no, I want it PAUSED, I believe it is at home somewhere but I want it paused just to be safe.” She said okay. Friendly enough but finding out the direct deposit of pay checks are awful .. it states up to two days early .. my coworkers who receive ADP paper checks for them today my direct deposit through First National still didn’t hit my account .. it’s 830 at night ..they can’t blame it on my employer .. because I do the pay roll all money was dispersed on Tuesday night so it hit my account Tuesday night as of Thursday night still no deposit ..my FNB direct deposit is literally a day late from a paper check makes no sense other tha... read more
Do you like a bank that really values customer service? A bank that when they make a mistake, they make it right? A bank that has bank management that knows what’s going on and can help you when you really need it? If so, then DO NOT bank here. This bank will fill out an automatic payment form with someone else’s banking information on it, tell you that you are good to go and your loan is all set, only to find out 2 months down the road that they did it all wrong.
