Walked in looking for notary services for two single page document signatures, fully prepared to pay a fee. Two employees and no customers in the branch. Just sitting there. I was told they “can’t” notarize anything unless it’s bank business. I didn’t realize you could be a “specialized” notary. Basically admitted they were fully capable of doing it, they just didn’t want to. Sounds like lazy BS to me.
The teller's were so rude, asking customer's "What do you want?" with a nasty attitude is definitely not professsional. The employees at this bank have completely given up. Sadly After 24 year's of doing business with this bank, maybe it's time to move on .
Wish I can give them 0 stars there customer service skill are horrible , rush others off phones,and definitely don’t wanna help solve issues on there end .
