Hello, I wanted to write a Note about what a SUPER EXPERIENCE I just received from your Branch on Frederick Rd. in Gaithersburg, MD - THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to help REFINANCE my Home Equity Loan w/ PNC!!! I WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR THEIR HELP!!! I was getting ripped off - Paying Twice the Interest and my Principal was going nowhere!!! Now with my Refinanced Home Equity Loan I will be paying more Principal than Interest and it will finally start going down!!! WHAT A SUPER TEAM!!! A MILLION THANKS!!!
Good service, rates aren't so good It seems like the faces at this bank keep changing every time I go in. Everyone is friendly enough, although I must say, I do miss the folks that were there before. I think the staff keeps rotating to other branches. It's not the bank that I remember it to be. The CD rates also leave a lot to be desired. You can find much better rates on the web, but I guess a lot of that is just the sign of the times.
