My friend banks here, and he is always telling me that First National always treats you like family, and doesn't charge all the fees that the other banks charge.

I was told my daughter would be able to have a savings account and if her report card had A's she would get a reward added to her savings but it was a lie Omega kids savings is the best place because they give the kidos 10$ for there having A's I only went to first national because it was near my house they also spelled my sons name wrong on his account and they say online there open today till 12 and they are closed I will be closing my accounts and going back to omega.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. They messed up opening my account so I called the 1800 number who said they fixed it which they did not. When I went back into a branch they told me that I can't trust their own 1800 number. On top of that I was told I had to go to the bank which I signed up at to make any changes. When I called my opening bank they put me on hold until it hung up, I called back and they said their system was down and they would call me back.
