In my opinion, if you have the choice between getting a mortgage with this bank and sleeping under a bridge you should start looking for some nice warm cardboard. Run away as fast as you can. I've bought many houses over the years and this was far worse than any other bank I've ever dealt with.
FNB cares more about their corporate partners than regular customers. They don't care if business partners steal from customers. Transaction disputes are done behind closed doors. There is no transparency so you can't question them about why they came to their decision. Well, the obvious reason is FNB helps businesses steal money. And when you talk to representatives it's obvious their response is from their training because the wording from each representative is word-for-word.
