Do not ever go through this bank if you were to get a loan, I paid these people off in October. They claim that they release my title and they never did. They made me go pay for a new one. They told me that they don’t release titles and I was told by a notary that they do. I am very upset on how they lied to me and how they’ve been treating me the last four years I paid the car off in October like I said, and I should’ve received my title.
Joel and his crew at your east grandview location in Erie are top notch. They go above and beyond to help in any way possible. It’s always an inviting atmosphere. Keep up the good work!
