The day before I bought the car I called the dealership and spoke to their car salesman ***********************. I explained to Terrrel that I was concerned that the car had ****** miles on it and did not want to buy the car if it had not had the recommended maintenance service for a car with that many miles. ******* said that the car fact appeared to have the ****** miles service but not the next. ******* and I talked and he stated that he would have the dealership service perform the next recommended service. I explained I... read more

Bought a 13 Jeep Wrangler form these guys with an extended warranty. they filled the paperwork out wrong; the warranty company said its now void. now I'm on the hook for an engine replacement. on a car I bought a few months ago. they are at fault for miss writing the warranty contract. First National Autos needs to step up and be true to their customers.

Scammers. Worst experience buying a vehicle. ******** and I spoke about a final out the door price and had me sign paperwork. I put down $2000z Long story short he didnt go over the itemized list regarding the bank I was approved to finance with. He then told me my total price was 20 thousand dollars more than we agreed on. I left the car on the lot. They refused to refund me my down payment. Seeking legal advice to dispute this unethical business behavior.

I want to start by saying buying my car was not a typical scenario by any stretch of the imagination. I bought the car sight unseen while I was working on the East coast and had them deliver it before I returned home. The process was a bit difficult and getting the salesman to do everything he agreed wasn't without issue (I.E. delivering the car before I arrived) but in the end he followed through none the less. I had the car and drove back to the East coast with it and it was as described and it is amazing and I love it. Ho... read more

I bought an Audi at the location in aurora avenue in Seattle, and when I got a loan statement in the mail for twice the amount I was told would be needed from the dealership, I was understandably upset. I called, and when they answered the finance manager, ****, was extremely rude to me, told me it was my fault for not looking at the paperwork correctly, and that I should have understood that would be the amount. It was deeply unprofessional and scammy behavior- they never told me I would need to apply for that amount, and w... read more

First National Fleet in Seattle has no customer service whatsoever! Having doors shut in your face from the finance office to guys who just look at you when you walk in the door instead of offering any help to messing up on your contract completely, creating a borrow and co borrower when told you only needed a co signer. Then using your credit rating/ss number with another individuals name....which is illegal to do. I've been to some shady dealerships but this is by far the worst. Wendt to another dealership they can't find ... read more
