I cannot begin to tell you how amazed I am at the service I received from Rob even while he was shortstaffed. Nobody would touch my car because it’s a Benz and he took it in with confidence and within an hour he had the problem diagnosed and fixed the next day and for thousands less than the dealership. I won’t go anywhere else!

Mercedes extra Key For my 2010 ML350 Mercedes, I required a replacement key. Rob provided a lot of information about what is needed to have an additional key engineered. He charged me $180 for a new key with mercedes logo just like original instead of the $375 to $550 I was quoted when I called local locksmiths for a new programmed key. Took him around 30 minutes and It was done! I highly recommend mercedes, and BMW and Porsche owners reach Rob if you need a extra key for your car. Dealerships and locksmiths are rip off!
