I recommend First Midwest Bank. My debit card had been compromised. called in they stopped card. I was told I needed to go in person to any one of branches with proper I'd to receive new card. which is totally understandable. fast friendly service
when they aware there was a problem, they rushed to fix it .
My daughter-in-law is trying to get a home loan. This bank is impacting her credit. She had missed several payments on her truck but ended up paying it off early. For the house loan she was asked to contact them and see if they could remove a few of her late payments since she paid the loan off early. The person she talked too refused to help her in any way. She did not have a loan with them now and they could easily have helped her since she has good credit now but their report was having a huge impact. This is not a bank t... read more
