Kevin was always well organized, but the process keeps improving, so it's less time consuming and less complicated with every procedure. I've always been confident that I could not get a better deal somewhere else. This last time I complained to the faceless lender that I was leaving. I told them that they got my business through Kevin, how was it that he could so easily beat them on my refi?
