I found Kevin and First Meridian Mortgage after I tried to refinance with my existing lender and found out that my lender, whom I had been with for 5+ years, was going to charge me $18,000 in fees for the refinance. They weren't willing to budge from this. I called Kevin and within a day he found me equal or better rates with other lenders and the fees totaled less than $1,000.
