Ever since First Merchant’s took over this location the service has gone down hill. I miss Blake.
Everytime I come to this branch to do banking there is a problem, either a machine is down, staff forgets a step or bank can't take unrolled coin. This place is pathetic, bank elsewhere.
Unethical business
I love my bank. They are always super friendly. There’s never a line, They refund your ATM fees (when you get cash out of different bank). No plexiglass between you and the tellers. Free coffee! Cool art!
