I opened business and personal accounts to First Merchants Bank in Muncie. They have been great. I have worked mostly with Stephanie the branch manager--she has simplified my banking so I thank her. I have also worked with Christal and Ashley (I think) and they too were knowledgeable, and kind and efficient. Where I park my money is important.
