Odd security procedure, will drive up window for checks next time but found a handy and fast, polite, and well managed location for my first high school deposit ages ago! I wish they had better credit card rewards like the five percent!
My experience opening my business account was straightforward, not time consuming and possibly the best introduction to initially opening an account I’ve ever experienced. I appreciate the care for my time and willingness to get things done! My rep even made her to greet me with a goody bag as well as any information needed for the future. I’ll definitely be referring others to her!

I go out of my way to avoid this bank. I'd rather take my business account elsewhere.
I asked my girlfriend to deposit money for me so I could write a check out she buy a large purchase and they made her feel like a criminal during the process. Yes a deposit not a withdrawal. This is not what customer service looks like. So after calling the EST 38th location they put me on hold after asking question talking to there management staff. Please after talking to them their statement was can’t control how people feel after leaving the bank
