Nice enough people and nice building. We had a pretty disorganized experience between this branch and another one. The online banking app is a joke, which is extremely frustrating when attempting to manage your money in multiple accounts. Use a different bank if you can! IMHO Huntington Bank has hands down the best mobile/online banking platform. Update: I called the number and customer service cannot stop the internal automatic payments on the account. I *cannot* see the automatic payments in my online banking or on the mob... read more
Nice bank what is in the space above the bank?
They have the best loans for mortgage right now. Excited to complete the process.
Went in to pay the mortgage and they said appointment only. Not everybody can maintain a schedule. Trash employees too. Can tell they got attitude and your presence annoys them.
Went in to cash a check as a non-account holder. From the moment I walked in I was met with negativity and total lack of willingness to help. They were rude and condescending but they were sure to try and sign me up with a new account.
