A shame I cant put zero stars
The team at First Melbourne were fantastic! Would highly recommend!!
My business was on the boundary of one of their developments and I went through two years of hell, starting with the cowboy demolition company who did not dismantle the old building in line with the protection works notice. Nor did they use suitable hydration on site to minimise dust and disruption. I had significant dust and concrete rubble coming into my store in November and December 2020. It seems that these developers are the latest to disappear, phones disconnected and office vacated. I guess I won’t be getting resolution anytime soon.
I highly reccomend First Melbourne Development Group. I recently purchased a beautiful apartment in Gordon Street. The Apartment is stunning, the finishes and attention to details is superb. Thanks for building my amazing home :):) Darren
