I’ve had great experiences with Dr. McCormack. The wait has never been long and she always takes the time to listen to my concerns and works with me to develop a care plan.

I’ve been with First Medical Columbia for about two to three years, and I have had problems almost every single month with getting my prescriptions filled. I’ve tried every method they provide portal, phone, text and it’s never on time. Now I’ve been waiting nearly three months just to get a prior authorization approved. If it’s not one issue, it’s another. The only thing they seem to do quickly is collect their money.

What happened to bedside manner? What happened to basic human decency? I drove half an hour to see Dr. Sharon McCormack, only to have to pull over and throw up because I’m 10 weeks pregnant and going through a rough pregnancy. On top of that, my car broke down, making me just 10 minutes late. I called the office and there was no answer. So I just got to the office, my appointment was for 1:00 pm. I do not drive and had to wait for my mother in law to drive me and getting a baby ready isn’t exactly the easiest to bring out. I was 9 minutes late (also late from waiting in line when I got there made the 9 minutes longer really I was 6) and they told me there was no grace period. I was seriously asked to reschedule, brought my baby out and everything. I will NOT be going back. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone. Ridiculous.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. McCormick. She was incredibly thorough, asked all the right questions, and truly listened to my concerns. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office was spotless and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking attentive, professional care!
