I really appreciate that as always Dr. Agarwall was very thorough and went the extra step of completing a pre authorization online request for my insurance company for MRI. She also wrote me a letter to excuse me from jury duty which was a tremendous help and also much appreciated. My one frustration is that it was recommended to me that I go get an MRI within 24-48 hours but I was not informed of the potential insurance complications that would make this impossible so I took off work only to find out that despite my speakin... read more
