I have never been more unimpressed with a medical office. Been a patient for two years and always found some things to be annoying, but never as poor as current situation. I have asthma and after recovering from a cold a couple weeks ago, my constricted breathing and wheezing has been persistent. After several attempts to get my rescue inhaler refilled (they called in a brand name not covered by my insurance), I made an appointment to be seen.
