While there was a minor delay in the schedule, the overall experience was positive. Dr. Sharon McCormick demonstrates excellent listening and communication skills, effectively addressing the specific needs of special needs individuals.
Dr. Nakita Bandara was so nice.
What stood out most was the enhanced level of service. Instead of having to track down appointments myself, the referral offices reached out to schedule them directly. This extra layer of support was new to me and made the process feel much more coordinated and patient-centered. It reduced the stress of managing referrals and showed that my care team was working together to support my health. I truly appreciate this thoughtful approach.
