Woke up with a severe rash/allergic reaction of some sort. Popped in after work and was seen and sent on my way within 30 minutes!
The staff was amazing. They were all very polite. The Physician Assistant that treated me, Ginger, had great bedside manner. She was very knowledgeable, understanding, and not condescending at all. Her attention to detail was phenomena! This was the most thorough physical exam I've had in years. She also took her time to help me understand a lot of what has been going on with my health, beyond what was originally the chief complaint. Great office in Shawnee. Very friendly receptionist, nurse, and doctor. We had never been to First Med. We will definitely be back for all of our urgent care needs.
Kiddo woke up not feeling well. Got in the office at 9:30 and was out by 10. Tests ran and exam. It was the best service ever. Highly recommend. Rory is one of the most amazing practitioners we have met and cares for all his patients and families. Thank you for seeing kiddos and making our visits wfast, friendly, and wonderful all at the same time!
