First of all, when you call this business, they Google monitor their calls. What kind of business is this? First time I called I had to say my name and they decided to not pick up Left a message no return call. Few hours later called again. One-star is 200 stars too many. As a business owner myself, I was astonished by the rude, unprofessional, and petty behavior of First Marine Services. Faced with an urgent electrical issue, I contacted First Mate Marine Services yesterday evening. They were my first call. They answered, for which I was grateful.
