We awoke this morning to a pretty cool house -- 63º. It seemed like the burner just wouldn't stay ignited. When the furnace came on and attempted to warm the house, only cool air came through the vents as the burners would not stay lit. I called First Mate and they sent Tez to check it out. Tez performed my furnace maintenance and inspection. He was courteous, personable, and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Previous companies I’ve have used for furnace. Inspections didn’t do half the task that he did, including checking for carbon monoxide leaks. I highly recommend First Mate Heating and Cooling and asking for Tez to perform your furnace and AC inspections.
Alonzo went above and beyond and was genuinely helpful with our HVAC service.
David was very courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. We were glad that he was available on the weekend.
