Tez S. was the technician. He’s been here several times previously for a/c and furnace maintenance checks. He’s thorough and pleasant. He’s a familiar face with First Mate and I appreciate that.
Service was quick, complete and was well explained.
Did a thorough inspection. Friendly and considerate. Don’t really like upsells, but did take advantage of one.
Your tech didn’t fix the leak he found filled the unit up with Freon only for it to leak out and take out the board because it froze up the 2700 for a new board this was paid to fix not to cause more damage just to try to get a system install 2500 to change out 2 cavities that cost 15$ each fill with 410 a Freon disgraceful unethical
Tez was phenomenal. He is not only knowledgeable but did thorough job. If you ever need Firstmate be sure to ask for Tez. Great guy!
