First Mate came out to our place to take a look at our furnace. We ended up needing a new blower motor and opted to have the unit cleaned. By the time they were done the interior of the furnace was spotless! Abby was patient while helping us and clearly answered the questions we had. We would definitely use First Mate again and would recommend Abby as a technician to anyone!
As has been since I first started using them, when they were 72 degrees, the technicians are always friendly, honest, and no BS, today was no exception. Kevin came in and inspected the furnace and a/c told me what was needing serviced, but it wasn’t an immediate necessity, and will email me the recommendations and pricing. Never any pressure with these guys. Highly recommend!
