I have been seeing the doctors here for many many years. Everyone in the office looks miserable, especially that nurse in the glasses, very impolite, and doctors talk to you like they don't care. I have no choice but to go to then since doctors are limited. Yes they don’t mind you that need a mask and they can’t even provide that to their patients. You are then forced to buy one for 25 cents
The worst clinic I have ever visited in my life. I had an appointment made with them, the moment I walked inside, the receptionist then say its not your turn and kick me out without even asking my name. Then they forced you to wear a mask but unable to provide one for you. They will tell you to go get one from the pharmacy next door. Extremely rude attitude and bad practice. The worst receptionists. I hate going because I hate talking to them. Very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Dr Kwan spends about 1 minute with you and barely explains anything. Horrible bedside manner. Dr Leung is alot better but because of their receptionists I despise going for an appointment.
