Do NOT rent from this property management company. They are horrible at their job and even worse human beings. I've put in 4 maintenance requests just to get my toilet fixed and evert time they come over they just plunge the toilet, which I can do myself. One of the maintenance workers told me that this is business as usual for the company he works for. The roof has been leaking for 5 months. This is the worst management company I have ever rented with. My apartment at TenTen Lofts was falling apart throughout the two years I lived there. The public hallway walls in the building had peeling wallpaper and mold from water damage so bad, the smell of mildew was the first thing I noticed every time I entered the building. Each time it rained, water poured from the ceiling. This was never fixed or acknowledged by management aside from putting a bucket under the water leaks when it would rain. If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! There is a reason it's so cheap. They do not follow their own policies. They make up absolutely stupid rules. I have reported them multiple times to the city for fire hazards and pests. They will not tell you anything until it's either too late or there is no chance of fixing whatever it is. They are an absolute horrid place to rent. Do not rent here. There is plenty of better options ANYWHERE ELSE. This is the absolute worst decision you can by renting with them.
