I’ve been a tenant of First Management’s for nearly 4 years now. They are quick to respond to questions, concerns, maintenance requests etc. Maintenance, Jake, has always gotten back to me the day I put a request in and is always addressing the problem within 24 hours. They will work with you to make sure you are content with things. They listen to your requests and make changes to reflect you are heard. Great company to work for definitely!!! Staffs amazing and helps any way they can. They take pride in the property's they manage.
Horrible experience. Used a parking space in the lot by the Orpheum. Our mistake, didn’t put receipt in window. Just didn’t pay attention Got towed. Came out at 10 and car is gone and someone else parked in spot. So when I called to asked about possible refund of $30 parking fee as didn’t use the spot obviously. I paid dearly for the spot and didn’t use it. $202 towing fee.
