Constantly causing problems constantly trying to find things to fee you for
This is the worst management company I have ever rented with. My apartment at TenTen Lofts was falling apart throughout the two years I lived there. The public hallway walls in the building had peeling wallpaper and mold from water damage so bad, the smell of mildew was the first thing I noticed every time I entered the building. Each time it rained, water poured from the ceiling. This was never fixed or acknowledged by management aside from putting a bucket under the water leaks when it would rain. They will take advantage of you. Please, please, please look ANYWHERE else. I loved my apartment (for a first place), but it was filthy. The office staff are patronizing, rude, and entirely unhelpful. We were charged 100 $ more in rent every month than our neighbor with the same unit and appliances, and when it came time to raise rent, they wanted to raise it another fifty (and for our neighbor 15$??) If you are a student, it isn't worth the low rent. They will take advantage of the fact that you don't know your rights as a ... read more
Very scummy landlords. Didn't show up to inspection appointment, then made up bogus claims to take back deposit. I've lived in many apartments with big property management companies but this one was by far the most rotten.
