I had my MRI initially scheduled for 2 pm. I finished my project early and called to see if I could get in earlier, I said I was less than 30 minutes away and if I could make that time then my MRI could be performed then . I made the appointment in time and the procedure was performed . I am totally pleased that they were able to accommodate my schedule change. And I received a new coffee mug and some chocolates. What could be better!
I would like to say my experience went well UNTIL I received my report and was unhappy with the details provided. I paid almost 3000 dollars for 3 body parts and i wanted the most detailed report for comparison purposes. The report was not detailed as in showing exactly how many what size and the location of findings and included information that was not correct obviously and wasn’t relevant because it didn’t apply to me and my history and I didn’t want incorrect speculations in the report ONLY the details of what was found ... read more
Oh gosh, I have nothing but good things to say! I had an MRI on 3/30/2026, and it was the best experience ever. I believe the technologist's name was Ned(I can't remember, I FEEL AWFUL). He was incredibly kind and soft-spoken, and he continuously reassured me throughout the scan, reminding me to breathe and stay still. The setup felt almost spa-like, and I really loved the environment. In fact, I enjoyed the experience so much that I changed my focus in school from sonography to MRI—wish me luck! Simple, easy and reasonable. Tech is very nice. Dr Gay's reports are thorough and professional. So nice to find a place that take the insurance nightmare away. Highly recommend!
