I did a MRI Whole Body Scan in March 2025. It went well. I was in and out in just under 2 hours. The diagnostic writeup was very thorough. After reading it several times and researching various definitions, it really helped to put my mind at ease about concerning aches and pains I have been experiencing over the years. Needed shoulder and hip MRI. Very easy to schedule. Very friendly staff. In and out in 1 hour for both scans. Great experience
No customer service at all as they can care less that you are in pain needing an MRI done. They answer phone by saying please hold then after a long wait the prompt tells you to press 1 then a rude receptionist comes online. Maybe it was AI because I can’t believe that was human that was so rude.
