Why do you have to call, email, plead and beg for the correct report to be sent? Never in my life have I had to deal with such confusion.
If I could give 6 stars I would! If I had ANY negative it would be how horrible insurance driven health care is hurting people. Cash pay - better, cheaper, more efficient by a long shot and patient centered vs corporation driven. Nice work First Look MRI team, very nice work and thank you.
I've been at First Look MRI twice now, once for a friend and once for myself. Both times we had a fantastic experience. Iara did a wonderful job of explaining the MRI process, ensuring I was comfortable, and making me feel safe and heard despite being in quite a bit of pain. My results were sent to me within 2 hours with lots of detail, and the pricing simply can't be beat. If you are in need of an MRI with phenomenal service, I cannot recommend First Look enough!
I had the best experience at First Look! Wow! Quick, clean facility with great staff! Never again waiting for appt and being pushed around like cattle! First Look is wonderful!
