During our home inspection several months ago they failed to notice a giant opening from our attic to the outside…which kind of seems like home inspection 101. Now we have raccoons in the attic and are having to pay thousands of dollars to get rid of them and repair damages. If you’re in the process of buying a home go with literally anyone else. I’m pretty sure someone’s drunk uncle could have caught the gaping opening to the outside.

Although KC Jones was very thorough with my buyers home inspection...KC is NOT a licensed plumber or electrician. (Or should not be) Had I not known my house and the work previously performed on it inside and out, I may have spent hundreds of dollars hiring an electrician to 'fix' his comments to the buyers. For instance, outside lights to the deck were written as 'inoperable.' Maybe KC should have looked closer at the fact that they were dusk to dawn lights and only come on at night.
