Visited there with my 2.5 yrs old son as he was down with fever and cough. Firstly, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Then comes the doctor, for the first time in my life I met with a doctor in Canada who doesn’t know how to deal with a toddler. He was checking him as if he is an adult. No small talks, no interactions. My son is usually fine with the doctor check up but that day he got afraid and started crying.
