I make an appointment at 12 , I wait 45 mins, nobody call back. Then I called back, the front desk said the doctor already get off work. But nobody notice me. I said can you make an appointment face to face, she checked I already have a phone service at 12, and hang up the phone. The service of front desk is the worst I have ever been.
Everytime I go there or I call, I get the best service. I've been to a lot of pharmacy in the past and everytime I enter the First Line Pharmacy on Hespler it's a great experience. The pharmacist take the time to answer all my question about medication/health stuff no matter how silly they can be. You don't need to remember to refill your prescription, they call you and tell you they are ready and that you can come pick them up.
