Dr. Ramjatten, has got a lot on his plate, he isn't just a great Dr. But he also owns business, and among others I do believe that he is a Landlord of personal properties. This may delay starting his Medical Practice a couple hours later than the 9:30AM scheduled opening time. Very smart Doctor who gets things done. Diagnosis and referrals is top notch.
If you just need a doctor to write a note for medical leave or a prescription or something, Dr. Brian Ramjattan will probably do it. Never shows up on time, office always opens late, patients are rushed through the office because he shows up 2-3 hours late and takes a 2 hour lunch. Most of the time nobody is answering the phone and its just left off the hook most of the day. That being said, he does genuinely care about his patients and wants to help his patients.
