David and Lily own and manage this business and they are excellent at what they do. Patient and experienced they met me where I was --- eager to find home health care for my dear octogenarian pal -- but a little naive as to what was out there in the industry. It was not a worry as after 1 call to FirstLight David came to my friend's apartment and assessed her individually, getting to know her needs, tastes and preferences.
