Gary led us to our relentlessly roach-infested, hell-hole apartment. Knowing that the landlord was unresponsive and incompetent and that our complex was shared with a 24/7 drug den in the shrubs along the parking lot, he took his broker’s fee from us with a smile. He even mocked us when we tried to take our time to check if all was in working shape in the apartment before we signed anything, taking full advantage of what he knew was our first time renting experience. Peter was friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us thru the entire from listing price to sale in a professional way suggesting alternatives and answering any questions that webhad
