Second rent raise since January 1st is coming July 1st ($820 for a 2bd 1.5ba in a income restricted complex??); “housekeeping” inspections in as much time, managers that won’t respond to complaints “unless they have it in writing” but give you an email address that doesn’t work... the only saving grace for this place is the amazing, considerate Maintenance staff, and a few INCREDIBLE neighbors that will be life-long friends.
