Got acrylic removal and gel manicure… 50 dollars and the acrylics were taken off aggressively with a nail cutter damaging my long natural nails. Had to cut them short and the gel manicure didn’t include any cuticle care, and my cuticles and skin were actually painted over. It is extremely uncomfortable and I will be going to a different nail salon tomorrow to fix the mess.
I called First Lady salon after leaving another nail salon not far away from this one. I was so upset because my nails looked like shit. Kay had me come in and fixed my nails. I left happy with the end result. I will definitely be coming here again. 10/10 before and after
AMAZING - I just got my nails done here and they are awesome, i went with tip and dip and they are literally stunning. Kay and Lilly are wonderful and i’m proud to say i will be coming back soon!
Love coming here and all of the staff!! They are so sweet to me and my young girls, who feel doted over and spoiled when they come for “mini manis”. They do an excellent job, are highly skilled and kind. Love that I can schedule in advance online. Thank you Kay and Lily!!
