Okay, so I write reviews because most of the time you go off of the reviews you see others write. Okay I went here 3 weeks ago never been here before. Called made an appointment the guy said is there anyone particular person you want. Never been here so I said this is my first time but I want someone who knows what they are doing. Went to Anna for the first time for a French ombré. She was so patient and made sure I loved her work. She didn’t rush me. Very honest with prices too. This is my new nail place for sure.
Try another salon...service has declined Rebecca gives very lackluster service and hairs are broken - no bubbles for a long time.
I’m giving 3 stars because while I appreciated them accommodating me for a 6pm appointment, I was disappointed with the pedicure experience. One technician started the service but then left to take another client for eyebrow work, and someone else took over. I asked the first technician if she had explained my preferences, and she assured me she had—but unfortunately, the second technician didn’t follow through with what I had requested and instead did what she felt was best.
