I’m giving 3 stars because while I appreciated them accommodating me for a 6pm appointment, I was disappointed with the pedicure experience. One technician started the service but then left to take another client for eyebrow work, and someone else took over. I asked the first technician if she had explained my preferences, and she assured me she had—but unfortunately, the second technician didn’t follow through with what I had requested and instead did what she felt was best.
