Friendly great leader wonderful team
This bank I thought was good to me until I asked for a commercial loan that of the sum of $20,000 not very much. I’ve been doing business with them for over five years and this is the first time I asked for a loan and got denied all because there are new CEO and partners do not like the little guys. I will be taking my business elsewhere if a bank can’t work for you. Why work with them and trust them
After banking here and treating people to dinners They sit back and watched my bank account get Robbed and didn’t do a damn thing about it ! as the Paperwork just now starts to come my way months later !!!! I just can’t see how they missed it? Downright criminal behavior…. negligence so disappointed in them ! Now I see why …
I came to know First Interstate Bank while helping my dad during his terminal illness. We spent quite a bit of time there getting his accounts in order, and the staff took great care of him and treated him as a friend. The regional director of the bank even came to my dad's funeral. They genuinely cared about my dad while he was here. Now that my dad is gone, I have started banking with them. I trust them with my finances and my future.
