Promised 24-48 title search for 150, failed to deliver on that promise costing me to lose on my deal. After failing to deliver in the timely fashion promised, they told me since it was a pass through cost and there was nothing they could do about. Don't waste your time with this company go somewhere else.
Worst Customer Experience Ever, after months waiting for the bank, finally we were ready last week 12/22 for closing, but the title company were celebrating(12/23-12/28) and could make it possible until 12/29. We send the documents via email and FedEx yesterday and we haven't receive a call, email or acknowledge receipt from anyone yet.
