Don't get an account with FIBT cause they dont care about you. So many issues where do I start. They retain their customers cause after they figure out its time to leave and find a new bank its too much of a hassle to switch everything from direct withdrawal to direct deposit and other automatic actions set up through all electronic devices owned.

My friend referred me to open an account with this bank. I walked in at 4:47 to do that and was told by a lady, “I don’t have time for that now”. I don’t know if this is usual practice for this particular company as I’m used to staff from my other banks and businesses willing to attend to customers till they actually close; an example I remain thankful for is an Altru pharmacist that was kind to patiently and politely attend to me with only a minute left to his closing time. They were very easy to work with. We were able to do most everything from two states away. They offered to send us the paperwork to finalize everything too, but we chose to sign in person. Just a great level of service.
