I didn't even get a choice in choosing my title company the realtors chose for me Eric Balliet & Greg Opgenorth. Elena Jobson was the closer and she did an awful job horrible at returning phone calls or emails that it escalated up to Jennifer Zimmerman. Closing was slated for 12/6/24 I signed several days before and closed on my new home purchase the same day.
