It's ok but we had to ask for them to prossed or have they done it with every step. I just don't think it's my job to make sure they do their job. Closing took two weeks longer than promised on simple land purchase cash no realtors.
This was the worst experience ever in a home closing. As a former real estate agent, I would not recommend this company to anybody, especially the one in Glendale. I will also let my real estate friends know never to use them, not that they would. They did not do what they said they were going to do, which was pay off my credit card bills at closing.
