Called our representative multiple times and e-mailed her too, days passed and no response. I just wanted to make changes to our coverages and not even making a claim. Terrible service.
I wish zero was an option. Adjuster has been incredibly unhelpful and, frankly, rude at times throughout the process. If you have to rely on this company for anything, I apologize as you are in for a real 'treat.'
Any insurance company including this one is all for profit. Insurances puts you and your company in a hole. The rates are outrageous. Over 10K a month in insurance is ridiculous. That doesn’t include car, medical, tdi. You pay for insurance that you will most likely will never use. They say they based the rates off how much your company makes but for small business even if they make some sort of profit there are tons of loans and additional bills we have to pay off just to support the business.
