My experience today with Brenda M. was horrible if you could listen to the call time stamped for 1:30pm she opened the call with “hello” no proper introduction then proceeded to say she doesn’t open calls with her name so she can be addressed properly because she’s use to people just asking for Brenda then proceeded to say I sounded like a sister with twang (black) this was very unprofessional.
