This company is sucks!!!. I will not reccommend them. They have been our home insurance company for 11 years and this is our first time to claim. Just by calling them to report a claim takes a lot of time.. They don't answer phone calls. It will take you half day to just be on the phone waiting for them to answer and no luck. It's been 2 weeks that i am contacting them but have not answer. It's frustrating!!!!!. We will definitely going to transfer to another insurance.
We had a water leak causing significant damage to the kitchen and hallway in our condo. Our claims adjuster Camis was incredibly helpful, responsive and supportive throughout the extensive restoration process. Camis was extremely diligent in gathering and thoroughly investigating all relevant information. Camis proactively provided updates and answered all our questions in a timely manner, and we are so grateful.
Paid for my premium on 8-5-25, then signed up for ACH later that same day, since they're giving away a free $100 gift card. Their system automatically pulls my premium payment from my checking as well. My renewal was 8-12-25, so the payment date was a week away. Thank God Chase bank is on it and didn't process the payment, but this company is now charging me $30.00 for the reversal, when it's THEIR SYSTEM'S FAULT.
