Unethical company that tried to take advantage of non-english speakers by “claim shifting” Over the phone, they said they want to use our insurance instead of offender’s, knowing they have no understanding of insurance system in America. Just received letter in the mail after being a customer for 20+years.... of a drone photo of our roof of our work shed which had roof damage from storm Iselle years ago... but it isn't the dwelling we live in nor was it a structure even covered by the policy but they sent it thinking that it was roof of our regular home dwelling which ISNT damaged!
