I exercised my right to file a legitimate claim when my upstairs neighbor flooded my unit. I have never made a claim before in my life. This was no fault of my own. First Insurance cancelled and dropped me because of the claim. Buyer beware! First insurance will take your money but not support you. I encourage you to shop elsewhere. Unbelievable how they treated me.
absolutely crazy I had to call 6 times trying to get insurance, left messages for 6 different agents and none of them returned my calls!?! However this company operates it apparently doesn't require customers. Good luck and pleasure not doing business with you, ever
Staffs are polite and trying to be helpful despite their busy schedule and claims. Mr.PJ was patient enough to educate me on my case and listened to the worries that I had and offered options. I felt I was cared for and given empathy.
Please call me back I left 3 messages calling every day is something wrong? I am not sure how this works but I pay on time and I only try to call to see if I can adjust my car insurance to full coverage but this is scary I have no call back or anyone working? Please respond I have had you for many years and I don’t want to start looking for new insurance because of the lack of communication I hope I get called soon I give 3 stars for this 5 star if company was more proactive……
