I worked withKristi at First Indiana on a new home mortgage in the fall of 2021. She was great! I had an issue on the appraisal from the first lender I sourced. She quickly found another option with better terms and had the loan ready to go well ahead of my closing date. ****** is extremely responsive and it was such a relief to have a smooth mortgage process, especially when you already have a long list of things to navigate when buying a new home!
